Want to look PICTURE PERFECT on your D-Day? It is no longer a dream!!

To all the Summer Brides out there! We, bring to you some simple and easy tips, so that you can have that perfect glow and radiance that you want on your wedding day!!

Eating well is obviously at the top of our list, as a summer bride you should include loads of juices and fruits in your diet. Foods rich in antioxidants, like tomatoes, olives, papaya, berries, apples, oranges etc. should be your ideal snacking options. You should avoid all oily food and try to reduce your intake of sugar and alcohol as they could make your skin look puffy and swollen.  Many skin care experts believe that dry fruits like figs, almonds, nuts etc. could help curb the hunger twinge and are great for overall health and nutritional balance.


Apart from eating well, a skincare routine which includes cleansing, toning and moisturising your face and body should be a “Must Do” in your essential beauty itinerary. Not only that, even exfoliation is also very important for having the perfect radiance, so using a good scrub for all dry areas like elbows and knees would keep your skin soft and supple.

Do you feel that, a pre-bridal skin treatment or any other facial is of utmost importance?! We rather tend to disagree. Since these treatments use a lot of chemicals, they could cause breakouts on your skin, so it’s always better to avoid them at a time closer to the wedding date, even if they sound really promising. Instead of this, a much simpler option is to use some simple products from your kitchen and get the perfect results. These could include the following:

  •   Oatmeal and honey- a great remedy for dry skin.
  •   Packs made of Besan, Haldi, Curd, Lemon juice, neem juice – a natural treatment for dry skin.
  •   Using orange zest acts as a great glowing agent for all skin types.
  •   Red sandalwood powder and Haldi is good for removing scars and other marks left by pimples and acne.


We clearly understand that weddings and all the other pre-wedding functions can be stressful at times and thus following some meditation, yoga or any other simple physical exercises would help keep the mind calm and composed and the same would be reflected on your face on your wedding day.
